Ready to register?
Step 1:
Click appropriate link below, fill out sign-up and pay fees. Fill out the required Registration/Liability on ProCare link provided in confirmation email.
Fees: You will be prompted to pay $160.00 registration fee
AND deferred September tuition (unless your child will be covered by UPK)
Important: If your child is 4 by October 1st, use code UPK to waive deferred September tuition
Step 2: (Only applies to upk families)
If your child is 4 by October 1st, they will qualify for up to 15 hours of childcare paid through the UPK program. After step 1 is complete, you will be given a unique link to register through the UPK website in your WHEE preschool confirmation email. Please register ASAP.
Step 3: Health Forms & Reminders
Important and up-to- date general health appraisal and Immunization record is due before your child starts school. Please upload your child's general health appraisal and immunization records to bmcnair.whee@gmail.com no later the 8/15/2026.
If your child has an allergy, or any other health issues, please notify us to assure we have the appropriate health forms before enrollment.
Please make sure your child is independent in toileting when classes begin in fall.

Alumni Registration link will go live 01/22/26 at 8 am for the 2026-2027 school year.
NEW FAMILY REGISTRATION LINK:
